Every stage in the production process, from the preparation of the substrate to the cultivation and harvesting of the mushrooms, is carried out using organic raw materials that comply with guidelines on organic cultivation.
We pro-actively defend our crops, favouring alternative systems to the use of synthetic chemical substances.
