PLEuropalletTUS GRATIN
300 grams of Pleurotus (or champignon), 8 slices of bread, 200 grams of gruvier cheese,
100 grams of baked ham, a cup of milk.
Sauté the mushrooms in butter. Dip one side of the bread slices in milk and place half of
them in a greased casserole dish. Put 100 grams of thinly sliced cheese in the dish, then
the mushrooms cut in pieces, the ham cut in little cubes and another 100 grams of sliced
cheese. Cover it all with the rest of the bread dipped in milk. Cover with grated cheese
and a drop of butter. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.

Clean the mushrooms, cut off the stems which can be used for other recipes. Place the
mushrooms in a casserole dish, add salt, peper and oil. Put in two garlic cloves cut in
pieces and lemon juice. Mix the mushrooms so that they are all covered by the dressing.
