Hand picking enables an immediate selection of the quality and size so that the best mushroom can be sent to the various markets. |

Mushroom Sas di Fernando Pozza has always studied, experimented and conducted the production of new substratum for the cultivation of alternative mushrooms, such as : Lentinus Eedodes (Shii Take), Pholiota Aegerita (Pioppino), Pleurotus cornucopiae (Yellow), Pleurotus Eous (Rosa), Pleurotus eryngii and other ones too. |
